Etrade offers, hands down, the best security policy and
practices of any one around. If you are afraid of online banking,
go with them. If their protocol doesn't put you at ease, nothing
will.
Their rate is slightly above average. It might just be me,
but the ability to use any ATM in the nation for free is a
huge perk. The only thing they could do to make me salivate
over them more is offer check writing.
