Ebank offers a pretty decent money market account. You get
good access to your fonts via an ATM card, Internet banking,
and telephone transfers. The interest rate is slightly above
average. The only slight drawback is the $1000 minimum to
avoid a $10 monthly maintenance fee. They do stay on top of
their security and are pretty responsive to the market.

Their interest rate is usually one quarter point above the
average. I've been following them for about two years.
Phone support is slight above average because they offer
24/7 phone support.
They do follow the standards of practice that
we are seeing at most top banks. While they do not lead the security
front, they are constantly revising their system to be at the
top of their game. |
Pros: Your standard tie to a checking or savings account
system. You can mail in deposits. They offer ATM access. You
can also do phone transfers free of charge.
Cons: $1,000 minimum. They could offer a more competitive
rate.
