They offer an extremely attractive rate assuming you can
meet the $10,000 minimum to get that rate. They offer a tiered
rate program, which is great if you have a good amount of
money.
Because of the great rate, they do not offer many services
at all with this account. Forget ATM access or check writing.

The rate is usually in the top 5. Again this assumes that
you have $10,000 or more in the account. They offer a tiered
rate it usually tops out at $50,000 and beyond. As most people
realize though, if you have more than $50,000 just sitting
around, you should put into the market and not a savings account.

Phone support is average 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
Probably the worst support setup I have seen.
They offer email support as well, but as usually unless you
don't need an answer for three days, don't bother emailing.

The absolute best available security. It ties
ING in that regard. They are also very responsive. If you love
ING, move over to Countrywide and see your interest rate go
up a full point on average (is you have $10,000 or more). |

|
Pros: Your standard tie to a checking or savings account
system. No perks really beyond the wonderful rate.
Cons: $10,000 minimum.
