Citibank rolled this product out with a boom. I remeber
it being in top three rates for the first four months and
a huge Yahoo campaign. Then it tanked and dropped to the less
half of rates at the time. I find them to just be average
at best as far as rate. Their service and support is fantastic.

but even the promotional rate barely beats the average.
